It's been a few weeks since, but we did the Ledyard Fair at the beginning of the month. All went well. It was also the kickoff to our busy time of year. It seems like we're doing shows left and right now. Some are better attended than others, but we're getting out there.
We're making pieces practically every day. Tomorrow we will be at the Farmers Market in Norwich (Howard T. Brown Memorial Park) from 10 - 2 and this weekend we will be in Franklin, CT at the Blue Slope Country Museum. Directions can be found at the link's site for this weekend. Photos will be coming soon. You can also go to our Facebook page and Etsy Shop to see photos.

Hi & Welcome
Hi there. If you're here I guess you found our blog. We are Kat'z Meow Jewelry. We fuse glass and make jewelry, stitch markers, buttons, wine glass charms, and much more.
We got started by a friend who owns a glass store. Our friend taught us how to make stained and fused glass. We have gone from there. Our friend was willing (actually volunteered) to teach us even though we are both former Self Injurers.
We use both 90 and 96 COE (Coefficent of Expansion) glass. Never mixing the COE's though. We use different types of glass including: Dichroic, Iridized, different color Base glass, Striker (changes color upon firing), and more.
We have fun making it and it is so relaxing. We hope you enjoy our jewelry and other items as much as we love making them.
